    I’m interested in sharing a ride with 3 other retreat attendees to take the Rebel Taxi from the Monastery in Batesville to the Memphis International Airport the afternoon of October 2. The cost of a shuttle holding 4 people is $135. This would mean each passenger would pay $34 for a door-to-door ride. This is a nice rate.

          I think that would be good. Let us know what time you’ll be arriving in Memphis.

          It sounds like we have four of us, now, including Ken and his girlfriend, yourself, and me. That means we should be able to get the Rebel Taxi for four at $135. I don’t know if we can put together a group of 10, but we have a few days still, and I see more people on this forum looking for rides.

            We are going on to Jackson after the retreat, so will not be able to join you for the ride back to the airport on Oct 2, but am very glad we appear to have achieved critical mass for the ride from the airport to the retreat.

            I was considering, but I read that they were not allowing early arrivals.  I have decided to leave the memphis airport area (I booked a hotel room nearby) at 9:40am on Wed.  I went with Rebel Taxi, spoke to Peggy and she arranged for me to join two other ladies arriving at that time, she has my name in case you wanted to join us on the early Wednesday bus :)

            I’ve been trying to put together a group of 4 with Rebel Taxi for the return trip to the Memphis Airport, Oct. 2 at approx. 2PM (or sometime after Day of Meditation closing).  I’ve had very little success.  I’d like to end my efforts at forming a group now and opt in with your group if possible.  I’m willing to go in with a group of 4 or more, whichever works out.
