      The Day of Mindfulness typically does not require any advance registration or payment. A donation is welcome. If this information changes, it will be posted on the tour site in 2011. Enjoy the holidays.

    I wonder if anyone has any information regarding carpools or public transportation from NYC. I would like to attend the day of mindfulness on October 16 but live in Greenpoint, Brooklyn and don’t have a car. If anyone is driving up for the day, I would gladly help pay for travel expenses. Thank you!

    If anyone is driving from NYC for the day to attend the Day of Mindfulness and has room, I need a ride  both ways (going & coming back). I don’t think public transport will get me there in time in the morning, so I need a ride to attend. Will gladly share travel expenses. Thanks! Grace

      I live in Bergen County, NJ.  Very close to the city.  I am looking to share the ride.  I would drive up and would like someone to drive back.  I don’t know if it’ll be dark and I have a little trouble with night vision.  You can reply to pilarts@aol.com
